About Us
A Warm Welcome
At TILT Education, we believe in the power of bespoke learning experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of every pupil. We recognise that young people learn in different ways and at different paces, and our provision is designed to respond to these individual needs with care, flexibility and high expectations.
Through personalised academic support, close collaboration with families and professionals, and meaningful community engagement, we aim to create an environment where pupils feel supported, understood and motivated to succeed. Our goal is not only to help pupils make strong academic progress, but also to equip them with the confidence, resilience and skills they need to thrive in education and in life.
Many of the pupils we support have faced challenges in their educational journey. We work to rebuild positive relationships with learning by creating a safe, supportive and structured environment where pupils can experience success and rediscover a sense of purpose in their education.
Our approach combines high-quality teaching, targeted interventions and strong pastoral support, enabling pupils to develop both academically and personally. Small class sizes allow staff to provide personalised guidance and build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, ensuring that each individual receives the attention and encouragement they need to flourish.
As the proprietors of TILT Education, we are proud to lead a team of dedicated educators, teaching assistants and wellbeing leads who share a deep commitment to supporting young people. Our team works collaboratively to create a culture where academic achievement, compassion and personal growth are valued equally.
Professional development and reflective practice are central to our ethos. We continually invest in training and research-informed practice so that our staff remain equipped to meet the evolving needs of our pupils and provide the highest quality education and support.
We also work closely with families, schools, local authorities and external agencies, ensuring that pupils receive coordinated support that addresses both educational and wellbeing needs. By working together, we create a network of support that enables pupils to make meaningful progress and build a positive pathway for the future.
At TILT Education, we are driven by the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed. By combining personalised learning, strong relationships and high expectations, we aim to help every pupil develop the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to move forward in their education and make a positive contribution to their communities.
